From a boat on the Detroit River to the Belle Isle Aquarium, and even a historic rooftop in downtown Detroit, each set brought a fresh perspective to the city’s thriving music culture. What seemed impossible became reality—and it all started with a single viral video.

A late-night passion project turned into a career milestone. After watching Jahmyr Gibbs break loose, I knew I had to bring the “Sonic & Knuckles” nickname to life. The Sega Genesis was my first console, and Sonic was my first favorite game—this one felt personal. Pushing past my excuses, I created the edit, and it blew up. Barstool Sports, Sonic the Movie, and the Detroit Lions all shared it, leading to two more projects, including a full-season edit. All because I asked myself: “Why?”
